You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, production, and marketing teams, acting as the creative link between client vision and final execution. Your role will involve designing eye-catching, brand-consistent visuals across a broad spectrum of deliverables—ranging from branded merchandise and apparel to corporate gift packaging, event collateral, and high-end print materials like brochures, presentation folders, and custom belly bands.

You’ll contribute to every stage of the creative process: from brainstorming and developing initial concepts to refining designs based on feedback and preparing print-ready artwork for production. Your ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy will be key in ensuring that every piece not only looks fantastic but also prints and functions exactly as intended. With each project, your design work will help elevate our clients’ brand presence and ensure they stand out in a competitive market.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on internal marketing and visual identity projects, playing a role in Burnt Orange’s own brand evolution and promotional campaigns. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and where your creativity will have a direct, visible impact on client satisfaction and brand success.

Responsibilities

• + Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
• + Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients
• + Present and sell digital printing, branded clothing, and gifting solutions
• + Collaborate with internal design and production teams
• + Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• + Maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements

• + Proven experience in B2B sales (branding or print industry preferred)
• + Strong communication and negotiation skills
• + Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
• + Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• + Familiarity with branding, print, or merchandise is a big plus
• + Own vehicle and driver’s license (if field-based role)

Additional Requirements

• + Previous experience in corporate gifting, branding, print, or promotional products is highly advantageous
• + Understanding of branding processes—from concept through to production
• + Familiarity with branded merchandise, packaging, and corporate gifting trends
• + Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients
• + Comfortable pitching to corporates, marketing teams, and decision-makers
